Regarding the disparity between flight and duty limitations and daylight, if the operator is using Appendix 5 FD Limits, it's a 12 hour duty day, and if using Appendix 5A (which I think most are these days), it's a 14 hour limit.

Unless you have to transport crews in and out, then you are back to the appendix 4 limits. From my experience a lot of operators ignore that though..

But.
This would be the perfect job for them. Just perfect. No risk to pilots flying at night, for once i'm all for drones.
