Hi all,
Chasing advice if anyone has experience with the Aerotrack Ops program.
What works well, what are its downfalls?
If anyone has experience with both AirMaestro and Aerotrack, a comparison of the two/which you would choose for your business...?
Cheers,
HMA

Re: Aerotrack Ops v Air Maestro
Hi HMA,
I’ve used both and Air Maestro is vastly superior. It has more functionality - such as a Library that holds ops manuals and anything else you choose - and is more user friendly than Aerotrack. I’m sure any employees will find Air Maestro easier to use as well.
Good luck

What he said. Air maestro is immeasurably superior. Used both no comparison

Re: Aerotrack Ops v Air Maestro
Air Maestro is a great flight-ops tracking and management system with almost zero aircraft maintenance functionality. Aero track is a maintenance tracking system with some flight ops functionality.
Many companies use both, if you ask an engineer the answer will be very different.
A few years ago I was tasked with presenting several different systems to an employer who had a requirement for both flight ops and also maintenance tracking. Interestingly, while a few offer limited modules for both there is no system that satisfies the full needs of both flight ops and maintenance. Air maestro is the best for flight ops but imagine if the flight data you entered could be directly applied to maintenance planning, forecasting etc.
I have spoken to staff and developers for many of these systems and there is currently little interest in developing a truly comprehensive programme to track both flight ops and maintenance.
