CHC Helicopters is looking to appoint a suitably qualified Technical Crew to be considered for the position of an SAR Crewman to be fixed based in Tindal, NT. This permanent opportunity will cover day and night flying principally Monday to Friday, with some touring as required by CHC. The position will require you to reside approximately 1 hour from the base location to meet safety and operational requirements.

To be successful in this role you must fulfil the requirements as follows:

Minimum year 10 or similar qualifications
Advanced First Aid and Resuscitation qualification
Certificate II Public Safety (Aquatic Rescue) / Bronze Medallion
Class 2 CASA Medical
Cert III Rescue Crewman preferred
NVIS qualified preferred
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Collaborative and team oriented approach
Ability to pass the CHC Rescue Crewman fitness assessment.
