We are also after some people to join the team in a crewperson role;

Essential Requirements

Extensive experience in helicopter operations and knowledge of the capabilities of the AS 350 Squirrel.
Knowledge in the operation of an aircraft hoist.
Experience with the operation of role equipment including; aerial Incendiary machines, water buckets and rigging and handling of cargo.
High level navigation skills including the operation of GPS equipment.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in isolated locations .
Ability and willingness to carry out fire fighting support duties.
Knowledge of the Incident Management System and an understanding of Air Operations in relation to fire management and mitigation
Willingness to instruct and assess personnel in working safely around aircraft and in hover, exit and winch operations.

Desirable Requirements

MR Truck Licence
High risk work licence – Dogman
Cert IV Training and Assessment.

Whats the roster like?

Hi Tactical, apologies for not getting back to you earlier. We have all intention to run 8 days on, 6 days off, all year round. There will be times of mutual agreement that it will change. It will also be 5 days on, 2 days off, or there abouts, during July to accommodate our Annual Training and Checking events.
