Stirling Helicopters is seeking a LAME on full time basis based in Rockhampton / Yeppoon

Stirling Helicopters is a progressive company with bases in Rockhampton, Emerald and Roma operating 9 aircraft. We are seeking a LAME to join the team for our own maintence with the possiblilty of outside work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct aircraft maintenance and certification in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of time to complete all assigned tasks.
• Checking of completed aircraft maintenance certification to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with approved maintenance manuals.
• Ensure safety of work processes, plant and equipment and maintain a safe work environment.



Successful applicant will have:

• Be an Australian resident, or eligible for work in Australia.
• Hold a CASA B1.3 airframe and engine license
• Experience with Aerotrack (training can be provided)
• Have experience maintaining and preferably licence coverage on R44, B206/L, AS350 helicopters, airframes and Alison 250, Lycoming LTS101, Aerrial engines.
• Display the ability to work independently in the hangar and during in-field operations.
• Ensure quality control during and after the completion of maintenance.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Have ability to obtain an ASIC.
• Have sound communication skills and the ability to communicate with varying stakeholder
• The right to live and work in Australia
