The Helicopter Group has an opening for a new instructor to join our base at Moorabbin Airport.
The position will involve ab-initio flight training as well as line pilot duties.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid & Current Australian Licence
- Flight Instructor Rating
- Full working knowledge of Part 141 legislation
Desirable:
- Turbine Experience
- Grade 1 or 2 FIR
- H300 experience
- Gas Turbine Endorsement
- Low Level Training Endorsement
- Design Feature Training Endorsement
Note: Please do not apply if you do not already hold a Flight Instructor Rating.

To date we have not had a single applicant. Not sure what that says about the state of the industry.

Visited this school but didn't resume the FAA CPL/FI ratings conversion I had in past and CASA undermined it.
Too heavy/fat for R22 nowadays.
CASA dealings became trigger when I did actually try years back..
500TT heli/200 or nearly, heli instructional/XC/night dual. Not all ab-initio but also some of that in 22.

Nha these guys still owe mw money from over 10 yers ago, unless your desperate stay clear and dont put up with any sham contracting rubbish either
