For the Aeropower job, the 21/7 roster becomes more like 18/10 when you account for required consecutive days off. Plus every 7th day whilst on tour is a non-flying day.

Well if it's a "pretty poor roster", don't apply for the job.
Some of us don't have a job, so 21/7 is better than 365 off.
