ROAD TRANSPORT FOR HELICOPTERS

Hey all,

I’m potentially looking at transporting a helicopter by road and could really use some pointers on reputable companies that do this sort of thing.

I’ve tried Googling but haven’t turned up a whole lot so far — most results are a bit general or not specific to aircraft. I’ll be doing my own research into costs, insurance, loading/unloading, permits, etc., but at this stage I just need names of freight/transport companies that have experience moving helicopters or aircraft by road.

If you’ve used someone before or know of companies that specialise or even just regularly do aircraft moves, I’d really appreciate some recommendations.

The previous company I worked for used Lee several times for helicopter transport, and each move was handled professionally and without issues.
