AOC with R44 and basic airwork EOI

Hi All,

I've had this AOC for almost 10 years and I used it for a joy flight business on the Central Coast and amazing photography trips around Australia.

I'm currently not flying, as it all got a little too hard with places to operate from.

Currently the AOC is in voluntary suspension and I need to renew by the 28th of Jan. (zero incidents history, good audit results)

If anyone is interested please PM me, I'm not chasing big $ ... just would prefer to see it continue to be used rather than be cancelled.

Some minor tweaks would need to made to the manual and of course the purchaser would need to be able to be the chief pilot. (or hire one). I'm happy to renew the AOC and wait while those pieces get put in place.

An update to the ad.

There have been a few inquires (thank you) but still not sold.

CASA called me on the 31st, they have extended the AOC for 3 months but after that it must have the required changes to the Ops Manual or I have to surrender the AOC

The AOC is compatible with 119 & 138, all it needs is the manual update. CASA committed to approving the new manual before the 31st of April.

Therefore, if you're interested:

- You must find someone to update the manual (my manual can be emailed to anyone interested)
- The manual would need to be submitted sooner than later
- Make an offer, I'm really not that fussed about the price just want to see it move on. Obviously I need to cover my cost for selling the attached business to the purchaser.

This really is a amazing chance to fast track a 119 & 138 AOC within three months.

Another update.

At this stage the AOC is sold, thank you for all the inquires, great to see so many people wanting to run their own show.
