Not sure but here is a guide to aim for.
US Coast guard:
Push ups x 50
Sit ups x 60
Pull ups x5
Chin ups x 5
Swim 450m under 12 mins
Run 2.5kms under 12mins
In 1 hour
Australian Army
7.5 shuttle run
45 sit-ups
15 push ups
Special forces
10.5 shuttle run
30 push-ups
60 sit-ups
Can download beep test/ shuttle run recording and also sit ups and push up from the ADF website.

Pretty sure the SF fitness requirements might be a little higher than the above mentioned post

Re: Babcock RCO fitness test requirements
SF enlistment requirements are reasonably accurate although it’s 10.1 on the beep and 40 push-ups. Things change at the barrier test/pre-selection.
None of that has anything to do with Babcock’s requirements. They’re all about swimming and carrying 15kg. Anyone even thinking about a rescue tech role would breeze them in.
