Postby Maverickabh007 » Mon Feb 17 2020, 14:18

Hi There

Anyone got a digital copy of the EC135 T1 operating handbook perhaps?

I'd be very grateful if you do have a copy that can be emailed to me.

On the same topic, can someone list the differences between the B4 and the T2.

if there are too many, don't worry about it.

Hi HIP. There’s a write up here that goes through some of the differences. Apart from that, it’s quite an impressive operation Maverick are running. I went there in 06’ and at that stage they had 15 machines, now upto 56!. Helps when you have a great product in your back yard I guess.

B4 to T2 differences.......

Greater internal AUW for T2
Arriel 2D in T2
Arriel 2B1 in B4
Much better doors and locking mechanisms on T2
Better climate control A/C on T2 (The airframe has been built around the aircon system - great when it works)
T2 has automatic hammer tuning which makes cabin floor much smoother with the varying R/RPM in flight (The system can self align in test mode on the ground)
T2 has automatic Pitot heat which can be turned off in rear boot
T2 has completely different dash layout vs B4's
T2 has more engine details about the Fadec in the upper VEMD screen
Plenty more I can't think right now but power is awesome in the 2D (obviously same as B3e)

Thanks gentlemen.
Sounds like the T2 is a good bit of gear.
