Yes seriously. The dude has got 900 R44 and 500 AS350, both types operated by GBR. The CP may very well be MIA when the phone rings most times however, being persistent and inventive in your approach can pay dividends. The most productive thing that any pilot in the industry can do is develop their network. This guy may not be able to get to the CP directly but getting to know someone in the operation could help, and that may be the help needed that gets across the line or at least his CV into the right pile. If I were a low hour pilot trying to find my next gig I'd be building that network as much as possible. I have walked that path myself and it WORKS!

Sure they may ask for 100 hours on type but or similar (AS350 single engine turbine) can also pay dividends.
Give it a go mate.

The worst that can happen if you give it a try is a no.
But if you don't try then you've got zero chance.
Good luck.
