Water temp here just crept over 30C (summer's almost here!) and the water is normally blue and actually quite flat except during cyclones. It is not exactly paradise though. The whales, sharks and huge rays we see while doing our jobs do make it interesting during the day. At night............
NEWBIE,
I believe that one of the marine pilot companies on the east coast require all crew and passengers to wear helmets, not much chance of that happening here though. On fire contracts, the air attack supervisors are well equipped.
