Mount Martha Drone activity

Hi Everyone,

I've been staying down at mount Martha in one of those houses on the cliffs down there.

The last few days some idiot has been flying a drone out from there over the water in the afternoons. I'm not sure exactly which house it is originating from, possibly somewhere along wonderland terrace or maybe a bit further up the hill.

My concern is that his height AGL would be 300-400ft and I've seen the westpac chopper doing their regular low level runs through exactly the same airspace that this idiot is flying his drone. I assume someone here will know the pilots of those aircraft and be able to give them a heads up?

Why is he an idiot? from what you describe he's not breaking the law.
