Did the cur once ask himself if what he was doing was legal or complied with CASA's Air Laws?
Did he once ask himself, "What if the engine quits?"
Do you suppose he did a recon of the entire route to identify any possible hazards, before he made the flight?
Did he think nobody would report him or CASA would not find out, just because they were not there doing surveillance?

This reeks of a private pilot doing commercial work (sorry) a favour for a mate
If it is a commercial operator I’d love to have been a fly on the wall when the CP saw the footage.
