Great to see, feral animals cause a lot of damage all across Australia. When this type of activity was reported in The snowy mountains years ago the do-Gooders created a media storm & the weak kneed NSW parks took horses off the feral list! Let's hope the NT gov't is a bit more switched on.
When I grow up & become prime minister feral reduction & improving habitat for natives will be prioritised over foreign aid & immigration. If we don't focus in this area we'll lose even more native species than we already have, & when foot & mouth disease or similar eventually get to Australia we'll never stop it.
