Very sad news.
RIP to the passenger and condolences to the family and all involved.
Hope the pilot makes a full recovery.

Any idea what company it was and what may of happened?
I'm not trying to start a slag off, just curios.
There is always an option.

read an article just the other week.....44's are banned by some companies and some govt depts in NZ now. Other type machines only.
If you aim for nothing, you'll hit it every time
