I've got no idea why but with the amount of pilots who are looking for work at the moment it will take less than 2 weeks to refill the positions.

People resign jobs all the time... Just because more than one leaves doesnt mean something is going on....

People do move on all the time. However, I don't think losing 25% of your pilots, including the CP and CFI, over a two week period is particularly common. Movements of that scale are usually indicative of far deeper endemic or cultural issues unfortunately.

Let's not speculate without knowing the facts.

Facts will never be known, I only wonder how "the 3 best brains in aviation" allowed this culture to develop.
However I must ask, did they have to expand the carpark next door?

Mary's Lamb, all 3 of your posts have been on this topic.

Do you feel like contributing to this forum in any other way than grinding an axe?

It sounds like you know more about it then anyone else here. Why not just man (girl) up and go in there for yourself rather then trying to incite mud throwing online?

Well said Wheeties.

If you are that interested, go and talk to the actual people. Saves second guessing/speculating when you know little or nothing about what is actually going on.

The CP has moved on and for reasons he and the company only know.

At the end of the day its aviation. Our industry is forever changing and evolving, it also can be a revolving door. Most of us will work or will associate with one another at some point of our careers, and its how you treat people throughout your career that will hold you in stead. :D

Yeah Rotorpilot, you the man.
Reading between the typo's you submitted.
Give them a call and score your self a low hour gig flying circles.
Take your popcorn along for snacks.
Or, Go high. If you have the ticks in the box, CP or CFI might suit your skill set.
You can play with Mary and her lamb on the side in the down time.

There is always an option.

In these difficult times for aviation, a foolish man makes a mockery of any opportunity.
