Maybe Koala just transcribed the form wrongly, but this is a question that is worded so badly it can't be answered:

"What was the response to other members of your team to your response to the issue?"

Maybe they mean "FROM other members..."

But all typical HR huggy-fluffy horsefeathers. "Tell me of a time you used your superior decision-making skills to avoid having to use your superior aviating skills?"

After the imflammatory text that others mentioned above I don’t think it matters too much what else is contained within that job posting

Blatant discrimination.

So, would that be the same as saying “This role is not targeted to men, and we encourage white Australian Christian men not to apply.”
”...we also encourage Gay/Lesbian/Transgender/Muslim/Hindu NOT to apply!”? ...I don’t know.
Ultimately I feel sorry for companies who may be put under compulsion to “tick box’s” for contracts. Managers obviously want the BEST person for the job, and surely...surely they get frustrated dealing with “Diversity in the workplace”.

Don’t worry with the removal of gender there will soon be the demise of gender based employment preference. It’ll be illegal to make statements such as “women are encouraged to apply’ the screaming lefties that encourage this s#!t will eventually find out that positive discrimination will be the architect of its own undoing.

Personally, I don’t care what flavour you are or whether you’re male, female or a eunuch. I’d employ the best most suitable person for the job!
