What brand / style harness is a good option for use over long periods of time? Including something that doesn't dig into the users back when sitting against a bulkhead? Any options you guys can advise me on?

Check out the Airsafety Solutions - Aircrew Safety Harness, haven’t heard a bad report from any of our guys about them, most wear them for fairly long periods of time too up to 8 hours a day.
