This is an exciting opportunity for you play an integral role in our specialist helicopter business providing safe, reliable, mission-critical aeromedical services to NSW and ACT Health.

Senior AW139 Aircrewman Instructors
The Senior AW139 Aircrewman Instructor positions are based in Bankstown, NSW. The role will involve training and assessment of helicopter aircrew and medical crew in classroom, pool, simulator and live aircraft training in support of the aeromedical network. You will deliver formal instruction and qualifications for all Aircrewman, Paramedics and other clinical staff in relevant aviation skills, including delivery of formal Cert III and Cert IV qualifications. The role includes training of EMS Aircrewman front-left-seat and rear cabin competencies utilising the Virtual Reality Full Crew trainer, Static Winch Trainer and live aircraft. Instructional staff will deliver training in the Sea Survival Training Facility which hosts a purpose built pool with METS30 HUET trainer and state of the art environmental controls including illumination, sea state, rain, wind and downwash. You will also work closely with full time human factors and aeromedical crew resource management staff to deliver best-in-class non-technical skills training.

Minimum Requirements
- Excellent people management, resource management and communication skills.
- Excellent Aeromedical Crew Resource Management skillset and facilitation skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a helicopter Aircrewman in an EMS/SAR operation.
- Minimum 1000 hrs as a helicopter crewman including front left seat experience, preferably on AW139 type.
- Ability and aptitude to deliver EMS Front Left Seat instruction, including in the full flight simulator.
- Hold a CAO 29.11 winching and rappelling qualification, and highly competent in winching operations by day and under NVIS, including over water and to vessels.
- Qualified Helicopter Crewman instructor with minimum 1 year experience and ability to deliver all relevant crewman proficiency training and checks including winching.
- NVIS Aircrew member qualification essential. Must also hold, or have relevant skills and experience to quickly obtain, CAO82.6 NVIS Aircrew member instructor qualification, to enable delivery of all NVIS training and CCF/NPC checks.
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE).
- CASA Class 2 Medical.

These Senior Aircrewman Instructor positions will be part of the Toll Helicopters Management Team.
