First plank aerobatic flight

Postby Footprint Productions » Sat Jan 19 2013, 06:56

Hi All,

I know this is a little off helicopter topics but it's a little bit of fun.

I convinced the girlfriend to try a flight in an original Yak @ Luskintyre during a fly-in organised by Tigerwok.

I made sure she understood it would be a very tame experience.

The inspiration for the music came from Kill Bill (Part 1), scene here:

That is such an awesome flick! :D

Sell the helicopter? What is she thinking? Lol. Glad she enjoyed it.
We have T28 Trojans up here doing adventure flights and I got my daughter up in one at Oakey last year, also had a ball.

nice job Matt, I'm a bit of a Yak fan myself, I dunno I'd sell my chopper for one though, can't we have both?? :)
A good idea needs landing gear as well as wings to get off the ground.

G'day Matt and others,

I can highly recommend the L39 at YCNK. Mark and his team are great guys and that machine is lots of fun. Vertical climb is very cool.

For those that fly around the Hunter, you quite often see it zooming through the sky.

Enjoy.

PS - and I didn't vomit...just !
