We are seeking a dynamic and administratively strong Technical Administrator to join a vibrant Projects Team based at Ardmore Airport.
The successful candidate will be assisting the Technical Sales Manager in a variety of tasks including the overseeing of key tasks within the helicopter projects. This is an opportunity for the right person to build maintenance planning experience within a world class team.
Auditing of aircraft records and creating Civil Aviation Logbooks and associated compliance
Maintenance planning and assisting in developing project scope
Creating and maintaining engineering work records and tasking
Ordering of aircraft parts and liaising with the internal logistic department
Issuing of purchases orders and reconciling remittance
Enviable and fantastic communication/interpersonal skills complemented by an engaging & outgoing personality & ‘can do’ attitude
Eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel
Super commercial nous and broad administration skills where you are the type of person who will ‘roll up your sleeves’ and when required take on tasks to assist the team to achieve their goals
