Precision Helicopters currently operates a fleet of helicopters to carry out work in Agriculture, Fire Fighting and Tourism. We carry out our own maintenance to our aircraft ranging from scheduled maintenance to Refurbishments / Rebuilds.
We currently own the following aircraft:
Bell 206B3, Bell 206L-3, Bell 212, Kawasaki BK-117, Robinson R22 and a UH-1H Iroquois.
We are seeking team members to help fill our current personnel shortage and encourage Workshop hands, AMEs and LAMEs to apply as we have many rolls to fill to return our workshop team to full capacity.
Workshop hands: ideally would have some mechanical understanding or trade experience and the desire to build their skills to learn how to carry out aircraft support and maintenance.
AMEs: Will have experience in carrying out aircraft maintenance to a high standard and be able to follow instructions and work alongside the chief engineer on day to day bases along with the desire for taking on challenges to expand their skills and knowledge.
LAMEs: Will be required to carry out support and maintenance to a high standard for our fleet of helicopters and carry out tasks as instructed from the chief engineer, use their licence privileges to certify for work carried out under the company CAR30 approval, CASA Part 66 licence required with B1.3 and B1.4 coverage.
**Please note that all 3 positions available above require the successful applicants to be available to work away from the Coffs Harbour base from time to time as needed, please ask for more information upon application.
The successful applicants will be required to complete drug and alcohol testing as required.
