Touring Aviation Base Manager / Project Manager Required (Papua based)

PT SGI (Sayap Garuda Indah / HeliSGI) is a Part 135 AOC operator based in Indonesia. We are in need for Touring Base Manager (30 days on, 28 days off) to be based at Papua.

Base Manager will oversee the whole operational aspects of our helicopter operations based in Timika, Papua. Base manager will liaise with key personnel in operations and also liaise with clients.

Main job desc are:
- To assist and advise the Operations Manager on all flight operational aspects of Company for the flight operations and will maintain close links with customers on a regular basis.
- To discuss, assess and plan for the flight requests from Client with all related operations department personnel to ensure that the flight requests are able to be executed in safe and efficient manner and adhering to Company Manuals and applicable regulations. After the planning, Base Manager is to ensure that flight operations planning disseminated and communicated to all related personnel.
- Ensuring all Company operations are carried out in accordance with Company Manuals. Including for crew training, crew rostering, planning.
- To work together with lead personnel to ensure crews are managed so that operations can be carried out as required[/list]

Requirements:
- Good Spoken and Written English language skill is required
- Willing to be based in Timika, Papua.
- This is touring position with 30 days on, 28 days off. Flights and accommodation is covered by company.
- Candidate with Management, Project Management and Aviation background is preferred
- Indonesian nationals preferred
