Our Company is looking for a suitably qualified AS365 Captain with the following Minimums:
1. AS365N3 Type Rating.
2. Minimum 2000 hours Rotary Wing.
3. 500 hours Turbine Time Rotary Wing (PIC)
4. Minimum 250 hours Multi-Engine Rotary Wing.
5. Minimum 100 hours on Type (PIC)
6. Age 35 to 50 years.
7. Should the Candidate receive additional type ratings paid for by the company, then the company will require a 5 year Bonding.
8. Salary Package will be discussed with the appropriate candidate.
9. Current Class 1 Medical with NO Restrictions.
10. NIL Incidents and Accidents in the past 5 years.
11. A detailed CV with References.
This is a fairly urgent appointment to start on the 1st December 2018.
Any appointment will be made subject to interviews with the Chief Pilot and Operations Manager.
The position is based in SE Asia where the company currently operate a fleet of two helicopters.

Guys did you even read the advert properly? It’s 5 years bonding for subsequent type. Though I do agree any type of bonding more than 24 months should raise red flags.
Sounds like they already have N3’s and want a walk up starter and then slate him for 5 years when they switch types.
