I've Spoken on the phone to some of the EMS operators, There not willing to assist in any visa issue's.

I mentioned the E3 for Australian citizens , saying the regional airlines are employing Australians on this visa..like Havic said there not interested.

I’ve just finished my EC145 type rating at Flight safety, Metro Aviation, Shreveport, Louisiana.
The assistance Chief Pilot for Metro was in my class observing the training because flight safety have tendered for the training contract.
Yes, they need over Helicopter100 pilots throughout their 1500 US bases.
They will hire you and type rate you and help with your FAA ATP. Some bases only need VFR single engine pilots, however if you’re already twin and IFR the FAA ATP can be done here. They will process your work visa requirements. They have already hired many South American and European pilots..
Flight Safety’s Ec145 and 135 sims are excelled and all instructors have a wealth of flying experience.
I totally enjoyed the experience here so make contact and give it a go.

Metro won’t hire E3 visa holders nor will PHI. I just heard back from HR in both companies.
The diversity visa lottery is a possibility unless that fool takes it away, or google “90 day fiancé” and perhaps try meet a hottie and go that way...

Nah bro, you need a legit visa. Permanent resident Then you get all the work you can stand. It's not hard. Don't know why you want to come work on the other side of the pond, I'm trying to get over there! You have all the EMS you want bud, it's all yours. You'd get stuck in places like North Dakota. Good luck

It's worth a try though. Might be hard getting the '90 day fiancé' trick around the wife however. If not and you're able to then press on with the visa. North Dakota's not that bad, and there are still a lot of other vacancies around in other places. North America's a great place to fly...obvious caveats attached to that...there are some not so good places to live too. The job search here will get harder with Beckers closing, that's quite a few skilled pilots/instructors adding to the supply side of the job market. So if you can source alternatives then why not. There's always the airlines

Yes, there are plenty of jobs in the USA however, no work visa, no work in the USA.

Why don't y'all that want to work there apply for the green card lottery. They are a few years behind/ahead depending on what way you look at it but worth a shot. I looked earlier in the year and its closed for I think about 2020 and will have to re-enter next year for 2021 I think....Cant 100% remember.
Be wary of the fake sites, its free, go via the U S and of As bureau site.

E2 visa is the quickest and easiest to get for Aus citizens, the trick is how you go about setting one up to pull off what your trying to do.

It is an visa based on setting up a new business, so if you can word the application around doing something in the field then there is a chance. Like all the visa's getting into the US there are many ways to pull one off. Normally just takes some cash at the beginning and a very good lawyer and thinking outside the box.
