Did Babcock buy out Australian Helicopters while I was taking a nap? Or was it a tender and Babs won?

I hope they provide some better accommodation than AH did, I always ended up in the Wongai Motel, and one tiny room isn't a good place to spend 2 weeks.

Australian helicopters was bought by Inaer back around 2010ish. Then became Babcock later in the piece after a few more merger and acquisitions by the parent company.
