Possession of Air Transport Pilots Licence (helicopter) or higher1,500 hours multi engine turbine command helicopter experience5 command instrument rating renewals2500 hours minimum experience on helicoptersmulti-engine and instrument flying training approval500 hours night experienceClass 1 MedicalFinal appointment will be subject to obtaining CASA approval as the Deputy/alternate Chief Pilot and Head of Training and checkingFinal appointment will be subject to a flying and oral assessment by the Chief PilotIn compliance with CASA Drug and Alcohol Management Plan requirements the preferred applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment testing and to participate in the QGAir Drug and Alcohol Management Program
Senior management level experience in the provision of aviation servicesTraining approval relevant to QGAir Helicopter Rescue fleetCivil or Military NVG/NVIS Helicopter endorsement/ratingEndorsement/Type Rating on AW139 helicopters
