Helicopter Loader Driver required

CTC Helicopters is a small Agricultural spraying and Charter operator in the Nelson/Tasman district of NewZealand.
We carryout spraying and fertiliser operations for forestry, DOC, horticulture, farmers, and conduct charter flights around Nelson and Kahurangi National Park.

Your roll as helicopter ground crew would require you to mix/load chemicals and fertiliser for agricultural operations and loading/unloading of passengers. Some ferry flights and scenics would be available

You will also be expected to repair and maintain ground support equipment.

The job involves a large amount of driving and early starts and talking to our customers whom are mainly from a rural background.

Required Attributes:
In house training will be carried out to ensure you have a good understanding of the job.
Full or restricted drivers Licence.
Clean and tidy appearance.
No criminal record
A reasonable level of fitness as there is some lifting involved.


Desirable Attributes:
Past experience in the role
approved handler certificate
dangerous goods endorsement
Practical thinker with a good sense of humour (this is in fact, the most important skill as the rest can be taught).
Reasonable knowledge of small engines and engineering
Being from a rural background would be of benefit to the company as most of our customers are too.
