300 hours PIC helicopter
100 hours S92
100 hours offshore experience
Instrument Rating
CPL (H)
500 hours turbine
Desirable Attributes:

Sikorsky S92 endorsement
Willing to work in remote locations both with Australia and overseas

Hardly ridiculous given the current state of the industry. Bristow recently laid off a bunch of guys so there's no shortage of qualified applicants around.
