Better question is why all their pilots are leaving...... COVID-19 is a convenient excuse for the management of SGI. Not hard to find out the truth if you ask one of the many pilots that have resigned over the past 3yrs. All for the same reasons.

What are those “same reasons”?

2 months on 2 months off out of Bali?

Sounds fantastic....
that’s unless 2 months “on” means 60 consecutive days working.

If it didn't mean that, then I guess every job advert would say "365 days on", with the inference being that your days off are encapsulated in the days on.

"2 months on, and by on... We mean all daylight (or night as per terms of employment) hours within 60 calender days, plus travel days at either end of the mentioned shift (with tickets being subject to change without notice) and all days required additionally for training and recurrence actions."

Bang"But think of the lady-boys"equalsbad.

Just have a search at some of the older post from SGI it’s a train wreck, the two owners daughters run it no nothing about aviation, the ops manager chief pilot definitely don’t have any say.
Avoid it if you have to but if you have nothing else & have to feed a family why not but you won’t be there long. Just be prepared to be given the run around the only pilots that stay are the South Americans or the local drivers.
