A colleague recently shared this with me and I found it quite inspiring - thought I'd share it here.
It's an episode of the 'Conversations' programme on ABC Radio, where the host speaks with Jerry Grayson - a helicopter rescue pilot who joined the Royal Navy at age 17 and gained a lot of experience since. It's quite an engaging story, here's the page:
