Hi all,
I need the suite of manuals for CPL(H) Air Law exam... only! Not for operational use - I live overseas so no need. Usual CARs, CAOs etc.
I’ll be in Australia Feb 2-6, can pick up or receive delivery if anyone can offload theirs. Happy to pay for some postage as needed.
Thanks!

Just use the extracts, it has everything you need for the air law exam and they are free online.

Thanks VBlade, I didn’t know you could get away with just doing this (assumed it’d be a huge effort with many sections). Much appreciated!

I sat Air Law a few months ago, Extracts are a much better idea. I went in with 20pages of extracts + ERSA + AIP and It made it all alot easier.

I wish I knew that beforehand. I lugged all the books into the exam room.

Yeah, Ive seen too many people rock up with a trolley full of folders , pretty funny.
Suprised that more are not aware of it.
In the end of the day though you should be able to recite the rule & clause number in any publication that is applicable to the question being asked and just check it quickly to confirm that your memory serves you correct. Well if you want good marks that is...

Current list of permitted materials for CLWH:
CAR 1988
CASR Part 61
CAO 20-95.2
AIP Book
ERSA complete
AUS PCA
ERC LOW 1/2 and 3/4 only (2 ERC Lows)
Hobart/Launceston VTC
Brisbane-Sunshine Coast/Gold Coast VTC
Just be aware that although CASA have the AIP and ERSA available online for free as a pdf, you're not allowed to print them yourself and take them in as you have to do with the CAR, CAO, and CASR. Both AIP and ERSA have to be the official CASA printed version.
