With no trading history, your company isn't worth a lot. I'd say you want to get your return on investment back ?

Anyone can apply to Casa by filling out the boxes, yes it is costly and time consuming depending on how in depth your operation is.

What's wrong with someone trying to get a return back on there investment.
I would guess that it would take at least 25k to get an AOC through to the approved stage not to mention the time involved.
Would be a good buy for someone wanting to get up and running quickly

Generally speaking doing a due diligence on a company associated with an AOC cost time and money, depends on if it's a stand alone company or one that has traded in other areas as you will take on those liabilities as well.

Selling an AOC is a share transfer so your basically buying the shares in the said company that owns the AOC.
