FAQ:

Q. Is it capable of Autorotation?
A. No

They suggest a ballistic chute, in the case of multiple engine failures. (It has 4. A good way of building Multi engine time?)

I know this is a dumb question but does it count as a helicopter?

I dont see why it would not fit into the experimental category if you bought it as a kit, of course it would need the basic flight instruments mounted somewhere

but as much as I would like to swing around the helicopter pilots lounge and say 'so how many quad engine hours have you got' I think I will pass :|
