Oh boy, is this going to create some discussion and maybe reignite the pay thread.
How many of us can relate and sympathise though? I might add that, our industry does not sound as bad as the US and I think overall, on comparison we're doing ok. I don't think too many Aussie Dash 8 drivers flying on $17-20,000pa.

Negotiate an outcome with your employer that is acceptable to you both - if successful in that venture - GREAT - don't p*ss & moan on this site.
If not - move on to another, and another, and another - and if still unsuccessful - review and amend negotiation skills or go back to what you were doing.
STOP WINGEING ABOUT PAY FOR PILOTS ON THIS SITE....PLEEEEAASE >.........

ok then ill thread steal.
on another note,
i recently read Cpt sullys Autobiography....once i started , couldnt put it down, bloody good read for any pilot.
some great yarns about flying back in the day. the stuff he got up to will amaze you. you dont have to like planes to get enjoyment out of it. flying is flying!
