I may be mistaken but there appears to be a significant tailwind during that approach.

At first glance I'd say hot+heavy+tailwind. Reduced speed, lost translational lift , pulled collective up round his ears - overpitched and...the inevitable result. Just speculating of course.

I reckon the noise you’re hearing is decaying RRPM.
I reckon Daulphin nailed. Slow, downwind approach (see him “wobble” on short final). Ran out of power at the the bottom.
I wish I had a catchy saying like everyone else...
