Hey guys, first time on this forum so bare with me....
Currently looking around the place to pick up some new work, and wondering if any engineers out there might have some info regarding Pacific and Hevilft? Either company good to work for? Pay comparisons? Touring rosters etc....
Any help is greatly appreciated....

welcome to BS mate, don't know if the info you require specifically is already here but its worth a shot, if you go to the top left hand corner of the screen and click on the "forum" button, there is a option there for "advanced search" you can put in your key words and you might find a bit of info on threads already posted on the site about these companies, otherwise I am sure some helpful slapper who is in the know will provide further info for you in due course.
cheers

A good idea needs landing gear as well as wings to get off the ground.

G'day Rotormech,
I dont want to sound negative, but unless you have 212/412 and PT6T Licences Hevilift wont even look at you. As for Pacific they are similiar in that they ask for the old group 19 licence covering Bell 206 and AS350 but want you to have the corresponding engine licences to go with it, So you would need as a minimum Arriel, Allison 250 series and or LTS. The other way is if you know someone who already works for them that could get you in which seems to be the only way these days.
Like the old saying " you never know until you try", so it couldnt hurt to send a resume through to them and chance your luck.
All the best.

Thanks for the info,
I will definantly be sending away a CV. Although, not having any 212 or 412 time, it can't hurt to ask. Plus, I've gotta get the time somewhere....
