Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me which company supplies the traffic watch r44 in Brissy? And also if anyone knows what the requirements are and roster / pay? Looking to get a job back close to home... Anyone know of any work around Brisbane or the coasts with 2000 hours, 350ish turbine?
I assume the news choppers would be a pretty hard gig to get hold of? Any leads much appreciated.
Cheers,
Ben

Re: Brisbane traffic chopper?
Hi ben,
When i was working in syd a few years ago,The company that ran the 3 orange 44 choppers for 3 states was called the Australian traffic network.
They were based in the Heliflight building at bankstown airport. they are right next door to Bankstown helicopters in the north western corner and they used to organise the pilots for all 3 states
minimums at the time were, i think, 1000 hours command, 44 command, NVFR rating (not essential),
obviously this may have changed.
hope this helps
