100k is about the minimum then depending on other things eg if you have 500+ Turbine, long line pretty much anything to strengthen the argument.

As already stated 100k as a minimum and up from there.
I know several guys on over 150k salaries and know if others earning over 200k with wages based on commission.
But believe me you would be earning it, as to turn over enough to be getting that kind of money you would be putting in some serious hours, and that’s not just flying hours, you can factor about 4 to 5 hrs of ground work for every hr flying.
And the 150k guys do hold senior company roles.
A good experienced Ag pilot is hard to come by as they usually own there own company or are happily employed.

120k plus for an experience guy running his own cutter.
Retainer plus percentage of productive is a good way to go if you have the work.
You will have no life life though. But you don’t get the treats without the mahi.

Re: Grade 1 Ag Pilot Pay
Was wondering about the grade 1 ag, have not been able to find. What were the requirements before they decided to hire someone with no aviation experience to rewrite the regs?

Grade 1 Ag is 1000hrs productive on Ag ops. Here in NZ which is where the chap was asking for pay rates.
