AFT CPL(H) textbooks

Postby flyinghi » Mon Oct 16 2017, 05:12

Selling my AFT textbooks for all 7 subjects. Set includes:

- AGK and Aerodynamics
- Human factors
- Navigation
- Operations, performance and planning
- Meteorology
- Flight rules and air law.

Also included:

- AFT distance learning guide
- CAAPS 234-1(1) Fuel requirements (law)
- CAAPS 92-2 (1) Helicopter landing sites (law)
- CAO 20.10 Hot refuelling (law)
- Bob Tait CPL air law book (2015)
- Day VFR syllabus helicopters (2008)
- Helicopter flying handbook (2012)
- Principles of helicopter flight
- Bell 206L-1 Long Ranger II performance and ops handbooks (needed for ops)
- CAO 20-95 (2015)
- CAR's (last amended July 2015)

Charts:

- Aus PCA (current)
- En Route Charts (ERC) Low 1/2 and 3/4 (2014)
- Hobart VTC (2014)
- Brisbane VTC (2012)
- WAC's - Brisbane, Melbourne, Port Augusta, Sydney
- Syney VTC (2013)
- Melbourne/Adelaide VTC (2012)

Extras:
- Pooley's CRP-1 flight computer

I bought this set second hand in 2015 so it has been used, there are some notes written down the sides and some text highlighted. I used these books to sit all exams and did five subjects twice, because five of my exams expired and I had to do them again (2015 and 2017). They were just as good as new AFT books other students in my class used, just a different page numbering system. The only exception is air law, I used these books in 2015 and passed but used a different system with my flying school this year, although looking through the AFT book it all seemed pretty similar.

Asking price is $800 plus postage from Townsville. Some of the charts and laws may be out of date, but I used all the charts from this pack in all exams and passed twice, seems not much has changed on them. Amendments may be bought to update the law books, but not sure how that works, might have to ask your flying instructor. Any questions feel free to PM me.
