I have to say that except for saying "engines" instead of "engine" the article seems pretty straightforward and, dare I say, accurate.

To boot, a pilot suffered an engine failure at 5000 feet, AT NIGHT, and managed to make a forced landing successfully in a school oval...WELL DONE!

Hard to find much wrong with this except a bit of grammar...probably an innocent mistake on the part of the reporter in this case.

The city of Calgary is around 4000ft ish. 5000ft would be technically correct. Just that terra ferma is 1000ft below.

I would like to know what caused the engine to stop.. Pretty unusual for a 22 or 44.?????
