JAR/FAA license conversions in Australia

Does anybody know of anywhere that offers conversions to JAR/FAA licenses in Australia?

Try these guys, I contacted them but they can only offer theory courses and that's a complicated and very expensive procedure. The JAR helicopter regs seem to be a work in progress, most of the system looks to be based around fixed wing. I dont know of any organisation in Australia that offers a complete conversion.
