That is an interesting new tank design on the B3.
I'd love to see a nice old Puma or better still an EC225 on a fire with a belly tank. You'd get 'twin safety' (government agencies love that stuff), good speed (125-145knots), good 3500-4000 litres of water per drop and the ability to move 18 plus people around and have a winch/rappel capability. I'll go back to dreaming.

Stick with the Jetty, the other is known to have severe stability problems [CoG too high ], exorbitant running costs, erratic operating characturistics and no one has been game enough to write a POH for it yet!

Flew a B3 Brisbane to Cairns on Mon/Tues. Didn't get many pics as the weather wasn't that great on the Monday.
