Are there any EASA ground schools in NZ or Australia?

Postby ag-pilot » Mon Sep 5 2016, 08:11

Has anyone Had any experience with or know of any organizations that can carry out a EASA ground course for a CPL (H) licence within NZ or Australia? Or sitting the EASA exams if using a distance learning service?

Cheers

Hi Ag

New to this forum. To the best of my knowledge the only operational Ground Schools for EASA theory on Australian/NZ shores at present are affiliated with Cadetship systems for a couple of foreign operators conducting ab initio fixed wing student training for various foreign National Carriers. Other options do exist for self study. PM me for additional info. CL

Hello mate,

What is it that you are wanting to do / achieve?

The landscape is very different in EASA ville.

There are a couple of companies that offer CPL(H) theory training in the UK if that is the EASA land that you want to fly in. Namely CAPT and Bristol Ground School. I don't have any direct dealings or associations with either of them however I was tending towards Bristol prior to scrapping the lot and coming to Australia instead.

PM with anything specific and I will do my best to help.

Cheers
