getting an asic

Postby Nshorelad » Mon Dec 14 2015, 06:20

Hi, I have just finished converting to an Australian license and it looks like I now need as asic to fly. I have the form but it reads "you must have an operational need to fly into a security controlled airport to apply for an asic". I am currently not employed so can I still send it off anyway. Cheers

Yes. Send it off. You are a pilot.

End of story.

Hi

Are you an Australian citizen or currently in Australia? As you must be in Australia to have an immigration check if you are not an Australian citizen.
