I have not had it done in a B47.
But try the Ram Mount System.
Fixed ball joints mounted on the machine, arms and knuckles to the cradle to house the iPad.
If you want to be legal, you will need an E&I certificate.
Avoid the dodgy suction cap option.
They destroy the Perspex (Bubble or chin bubble) on hot days when they let go.
Best of luck!
GF.

There is always an option.

Ram also make a Glare Shield Mount, which you may be able to clamp to an edge around if there is one, although not sure how stable they are.
Agreed suction cup mounts will ruin the screen if not cared for properly.

Ram ball fixed on side of instruments panel. Then the flexible grab arms so heat can get away from the iPad back. Velcro down one side of iPad and onto edge of instruments panel to make it more stable. Send me a pm and I will on return home I will send y a photo.
Another suggestion would be to post in the f..book bell 47 site and see what others come up with for iPads.
