H145 mast moment/slope landing limit?

Postby Sam Hooten » Mon Sep 4 2017, 05:41

For any EC145/H145 endorsed pilots out there.
What are the mast moment limits and how does this apply to slope landings and the slope landing limitations?

Answer. MM limit is easily exceedis, even on relatively flat ground. One long blink or bump of cyclic and in the words of Ozzie bloke reviews you'll hear "oh he's fu(#%d it".
It will also tell on you.
Best of luck with that.

H145 Slope Landing Limits:
Slope Down: 10 deg
Slope Right 12
Slope Left 8
Slope 8

Can use cyclic trim and collective trim to slowly lower aircraft onto ground without exceeding limits.
