Goulburn NSW Charter inquiry

Postby Clouds » Wed Jan 28 2015, 02:19

Wondering if anyone knows of any operators that could fly (helicopter) 2 pax from Goulburn to Blue Mountains in next couple of weeks - 2x return trips.
Thanks

Hi Clouds, I don't think there are any local operators in Goulburn. Touchdown in Wollongong may be the closest and they have a 44 too? Otherwise maybe give an operator out of Bankstown a call.

Seeing as you're in Goulburn anyone who does it will have to ferry their machine down there to start the job which would obviously add to the cost. If you're looking at keeping the cost down a fixed wing might be able to do it cheaper and faster. I think there are a few operators down there (Corporate Air?) which would cut out the ferry leg. Just food for thought but :)

Heli Surveys in Jindayne might be able to help you. They have 2 aircraft now and do private charters if required.
